Chile's Independence Day!!! It was like being in Chile. We spent the evening with Checho's family along with some other Chilean friends. I made my grandmather's recipe for empanadas. We had a great BBQ and ate a ton of food. Brian and Mckay practiced a little golf while the food was cooking. We had a great time!!

I will pay good money for those empanadas! Just looking at them made my mouth water. We are planning a time for you guys to come over and have dinner with us and Pedro's family-we'll let you know when it happens...and maybe I'll assign you the empanandas!
